Success in public relations can be measured in a variety of ways, including media coverage and impressions, social media engagement, website traffic, sales or revenue growth, and customer feedback or sentiment.

We provide regular progress reports and updates to our clients, and work closely with them to ensure that our strategies and tactics are aligned with their goals and objectives. We also welcome feedback and are always available to answer questions or address concerns.

We maintain a professional standard by requiring all clients to sign a contract before starting any work. Our contracts are designed to ensure transparency and provide a clear scope of work, with options ranging from 3 to 12 months depending on the client's needs. We understand that each client has unique requirements, and we strive to offer flexible options that fit their budget and situation. Our priority is to establish a long-term partnership built on trust and mutual success.

We require a deposit to be made with every contractual agreement. This deposit is due at the signing of the contract process and amounts to either 100% of the first month's payment or a prorated amount depending on the time of the month the client signs on. For instance, if a client on-boards on the 15th day out of a 31 day month, the client will be responsible for a prorated deposit that covers those 17 days. All retainer payments are due on the first of every month, and all deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. We take great care in managing our clients' investments and ensuring that their partnership with us is beneficial and long-lasting.
